As a teacher in our program, you will be instrumental in guiding the next generation of leaders in our community while helping them to build the foundation for life-long learning and success. A young child's brain development is 90% complete by the age of 5. The importance of a high-quality early learning experience can not be overstated.
Teachers at E.J.'s Kids Klub, Inc. are dedicated to building strong relationships with one another, the children and the families we serve. We study the temperaments of ourselves and the children in our care. Understanding temperament guides us in creating environments which honor the children and the adults within our program. It allows us to have a deeper understanding of needs, and fosters connected communication. Teachers work collaboratively in teams creating nurturing, enriching and inspirational learning environments for young children. Everyone at E.J.'s is a leader!
