REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR ENROLLMENT
Before your child can be registered at the program, there are some important steps that must first be taken by the family.
*Every family will be required to tour the program to receive a copy of our Family Resource Manual. At that time families will have the opportunity to view the classrooms, meet some of the teachers, ask questions and obtain information about available enrollment opportunities. This is an important step that enables families to determine if E.J.'s is the right match for their family and its needs.
*After visiting the program, families may elect to:
-Enroll their child in the program based upon availability
-Be placed on the programs waiting list
*The Office Team will verify enrollment opportunities for families.
*After the Office Team verifies enrollment opportunities, families will be asked to complete the Enrollment and Deposit Confirmation form listed below to confirm enrollment. This form must be submitted to the program with a deposit equal to one week's tuition to confirm enrollment. The deposit will be held on account and applied towards your child's last week of tuition on program. A separate administrative fee may apply and is payable on your child's first day of attendance at the program, and yearly thereafter.
*There is no fee required to be placed on the programs waiting list, however we will only place families on the waiting list if they have visited the program as detailed above.
*After confirming enrollment, the Office Team will work with the family to set up transition time, review and complete enrollment paperwork, confirm the date for the child's first day of attendance, confirm tuition costs, address financial details and answer any and all questions the family may have. Helping the entire family make a smooth transition to the program is very important to us.
NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable once you commit to the program regardless of circumstances.
