​ADDITIONAL TUITION INFORMATION:

• 10% Sibling Discount applied to the least expensive child's tuition. ACT 166 discounts will be deducted from tuition before the sibling discount is applied to determine the adjusted total tuition due for NON CCFAP families. 
• Additional fees MAY apply including, but not limited to, a deposit and annual administrative fee. 
• All discounts approved by the Administrator in all instances.​
• E.J.'s offers families payment options via our Procare software package. Procare has a parent app that allows families to see their account in real time, make payments, print documents and so forth. Payment can be made by check and ACH is also available to families at no extra cost. If you prefer to use a credit card, there will be a small additional cost to cover the transaction fee. Upon enrollment, detailed information will be provided to families. 
• Quarterly tuition payments receive a 3% reduction to tuition.
• NON CCFAP tuition rates reflect an automatic program scholarship reduction to tuition. Families receiving CCFAP are not eligible for scholarships or a sibling discount.
• 2025/2026 ACT 166 funding - 35 weeks totaling $3982.00 OR $113.77/wk credit for the 35 funded weeks ( 5 weeks non ACT 166 funded: 11/24-11/28/2025, 12/22-12/26/2025, 12/29/25-1/02/26, 2/23-2/27/26, 4/20-4/24/2026)
• CCFAP generates a certificate for families after reviewing financial information specific to their family and determines what is affordable for the family, E.J.’s does not determine what is affordable. This amount is listed as the “family share” (or family responsibility) on each family's CCFAP certificate. E.J.’s applies CCFAP to the family co-pay UP TO the defined “family share” (family responsibility) amount itemized on the CCFAP certificate. Families are expected to pay the full “family share” (family responsibility) on the CCFAP certificate. In extreme financial circumstances, E.J.’s will work with a family who may need a scholarship. This will be approved and determined by Laurel​
• Per the 2025 Family Handbook-*For families receiving ACT 166 Pre-K funding (35 weeks per year), the sibling discount will be deducted from the child’s tuition following the reduction to the tuition of the ACT 166 funding. Example: Full tuition due less ACT 166 funding less 10% sibling discount = adjusted amount due for that child. This amount will then be added to the sibling’s tuition to determine the total tuition due for that week. If your child is only attending the school for 10 hours per week (based on availability), and receiving ACT 166 funding, there will be no additional cost for the 10 hours per week as the funding will cover the cost of 10 hours. Any additional time beyond 10 hours will be subject to the published tuition rates noted above.
